You should read these website Terms and Conditions, they form part of the contract between you and Policystream Limited. Your access to and use of this website is governed by the provisions of these website Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and any other contract, these website Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated. You should check these website Terms and Conditions every time you access this website as you will be bound by whatever version appears on the website at the time of your access, although we shall use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any material changes to them.
Any insurance business effected via the UnderwriteIT website will be subject to the relevant product policy terms and conditions. It is your responsibility (as Agent for the Insured) and that of the Insured to check the relevant policy conditions.
We do not take responsibility for compliance or regulatory issues arising from the inclusion of the UnderwriteIT website in any third party websites. It is the Agents responsibility to ensure that the generated pages comply with the guidelines of the relevant regulatory bodies or authorities.
Use of www.UnderwriteIT.com Website
You have been granted a unique username ("Username") and password ("Password"). You must keep the Username and Password secret, use all reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Username and Password and inform us as soon as possible by email if you know or suspect that someone else is aware of your Username or Password to: support@underwriteit.com
We are entitled to assume that all transactions effected via your Username and Password ("Authorised Transactions") are in fact authorised and/or conducted by you and Policystream Limited or the Product Administrator may act upon these without further investigation. We will not be obliged to adjust or reverse any instructions or transactions arising from an Authorised Transaction and we will not be liable to you for acting on or processing such transactions or communications, or otherwise acting on Authorised Transactions. You will indemnify us for any loss we suffer as a result of misuse of your Username and Password, where such misuse results from your failure to use reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use.
You will not post any material to the UnderwriteIT website which is obscene, defamatory, threatening or otherwise actionable at law or which would constitute a criminal offence. You will indemnify us against any loss we may suffer by reason of any breach by you of this obligation. We may terminate your use of the UnderwriteIT website upon giving you seven days written notice, if practicable, or immediately if we feel that the website has been, is being, or is about to be, misused in breach of these website Terms and Conditions.
Data Protection
During the course of your use of the UnderwriteIT website, you will provide us with personal data (as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998). We may use such personal data on the basis set out below. If you choose not to pass this data to us, you acknowledge that the Product Administrator may be unable to consider any application for insurance cover. You may ask us to remove or alter the personal data that is held by us in the event of inaccuracies but this may also affect the insurance cover since the Product Administrator may not be able to process any claims under it without the personal data. The Product Administrator will use this data to process the application for insurance, to facilitate the entering into of any insurance contract, for the performance of any necessary tasks during the existence of the insurance cover, and acts related to such insurance cover after such period has ended (including the provision of such information to re-insurers and to third parties engaged in the claims process, to the extent necessary to enable the processing, defence and investigation of any claims). We may also need to pass the personal data to various regulatory bodies. We may use the data for research and statistical purposes.
You warrant that you have all requisite consents to pass to Policystream Limited this personal data and to enable Policystream Limited and the Product Administrator to process the data as set out above, including to pass the personal data outside the EEA.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file and holds a certain amount of data, which our website can send to your browser. It may then be stored on your computer's hard drive and can be accessed by our web server. If any information set out therein is incorrect, you must notify the Product Administrator immediately. Failure to do so may invalidate all or part of the insurance cover provided.

The internet cannot be guaranteed as being secure and accordingly we do not offer any warranties or assurances in this respect. Similarly, whilst the Product Administrator may communicate with you via email or via the website itself, we cannot accept any liability for the security or transmission of such email or internet-based communications.
Intellectual Property Rights
All material contained on the UnderwriteIT website is proprietary to Policystream Limited, its clients, or its third party licensors. All intellectual property rights on the policystream.com website are reserved to Policystream limited, its clients or its third party licensors.
Policystream Limited grants you a limited licence to:
Access any part of the site you are authorised to access; and print off pages from the website insofar as is necessary to obtain quotes, effect a contract of insurance (including printing a full copy of the relevant insurance documentation), or utilise the other functions made available to you via the UnderwriteIT website.
You may not copy, tamper or alter, distribute or use any material or design contained within the UnderwriteIT website except as is expressly permitted by these website Terms and Conditions or with our prior written consent.

Governing Law
